AWSでnginxでhtmlが表示できない

AWS上にcentOS7を起動させnginxをインストールしてhtmlを表示したいのですが、
表示されたのは「このサイトにアクセスできません」となっています。

nginxの設定はデフォルトのまま起動させてます。

Port80も空いてます。

FireWallはインストールしていません。
他に設定が必要でしょうか？

FireWallはインストールしていません。

ご自身ではインストールしたつもりはないが、デフォルトでインストールされている可能性もあります。確認ください。

また、OSだけではなく、AWSでFirewallが適用されている可能性もあります。
