brew doctorのWarningの原因となっているファイルは削除すべきか

###背景
先日新しいPCを購入し（MacBook Pro, 2020モデル, M1チップ搭載, OS: BigSur 11.2.3）、homebrewをインストールしたところbrew doctorで以下のようなWarningが出ました。調べてみたところrmコマンドで該当ファイルを削除すると解決するとのことでしたが、重要なファイルの場合もあり無闇に削除しないほうが良いと書いてあるサイトもありました。

###質問
以下のWarningで削除が必要と言われたファイルの中に削除しないほうが良いファイルが含まれているか。また、試しにdylibを1つ削除しようとしたところ、権限がなかったためか削除できませんでした。このような場合はどうするか。以上の2点についてお聞きしたいです。よろしくお願いいたします。
