oandapyV20のオーダーでKeyErrorが発生する

前提・実現したいこと

PythonでoandaのAPIを使いオーダーを送りたいと考えています。
oandapyV20を使っており、"environment"に'live'を挿入するとKeyErrorが発生します。
これを解消するにはどうしたら良いでしょうか？
