PhpSpreadsheetをcomposerインストール時にエラーが出る

Question

PhpSpreadsheetをインストールしたいのですがエラーが出てしまい、どのようにしたらよいかわからう困っています・・・

環境：Clound9(Linux2)
php7.4
composerバージョン：2.0.9 2021-01-27 16:09:27

■打ったコマンド

$ composer require phpoffice/phpspreadsheet

■出たメッセージ

  Problem 1

    - maatwebsite/excel 3.1.19 requires phpoffice/phpspreadsheet ^1.10 -> satisfiable by phpoffice/phpspreadsheet[1.16.0].
    - maatwebsite/excel is locked to version 3.1.19 and an update of this package was not requested.

Use the option --with-all-dependencies (-W) to allow upgrades, downgrades and removals for packages currently locked to specific versions.

Installation failed, reverting ./composer.json and ./composer.lock to their original content.

答えは書いてありますけどねえ･･･

• phpoffice/phpspreadshee 1.16.0 は markbaker/complex の 1.5以上 か 2.0以上 が必要。

なのに現在インストールされているのは 1.4.8 で、しかもロックされているので更新できない。
故に依存関係を満たすインストールができない。

• maatwebsite/excel 3.1.19 は phpoffice/phpspreadsheet 1.10 以上が必要なので条件を満たしている
• maatwebsite/excel はバージョン 3.1.19 に固定されていて、アップデートのリクエストがされていない

とあるので、

とでも打ちましょう。

あるいは先に markbaker/complex を update するか。

どちらにせよ、markbaker/complex がロックされている原因が気になりますが。
