rake db:create RAILS_ENV=production での LoadError

Question

Railsでアプリを作成したので、AWSにデプロイしようと考えています。

を参考にして進めていたのですがDBを作成する所でLoadError:になってしまいました。

いろいろ調べてsqlite3のバージョンを指定してbundle installしたりしてみたのですが解決しませんでした。
わかる方いましたらぜひ知恵を貸していただけると幸いです。

そりゃそうでしょう

production で定義されていません。

productionでsqliteというのは疑問ですが、、、、
