deviseにプロフィール画像を作ろうとして、下記サイト参考にActiveStorageを導入したいのですが、ActiveStorageがインストールできません、。

一応、config/application.rbにrequire "active_storage/engine"を追加してからやったりしましたが、同じエラーが出ます。
どうすれば良いかご教示願います。

rails active_strage:install
storageのoが抜けてしまっているようです。
