jetson nanoに rosをインストールしたい

前提・実現したいこと

jetson nanoにROSをインストールしたい

発生している問題・エラーメッセージ

特定のIPアドレスに接続できないという理由でfetchエラーが発生する。
通信はタイムアウトしてしまう。
接続できないIPは以下133.199.251.110
