起きていること
下記のサイトを参考にCapistranoの導入まで行いました。自動デプロイはエラーなく完了したのですがいざURL(http:// 3.115.231.1)でアクセスしてみると「このサイトにアクセスできません3.115.231.1 で接続が拒否されました。」と出てしまします。
何が原因なのでしょうか。
