rpmbuild -ta slurm-20.02.5.tar.bz2 で出るRPM build errorsについて

お世話になります。

Centos OS8でslurmを導入しようと色々なサイトを参考に
https://biomodeling.co.jp/2019/11/06/slurmmpichcuda%e3%81%ae%e8%a8%ad%e5%ae%9acentos7/
mungeや必要そうなパッケージ導入後、
’rpmbuild -ta slurm-20.02.5.tar.bz2’
を実行すると途中で、

RPM build errors:

といったエラーが出ます。
’install path for commands, libraries, etc.’
というのはどこかにパスが通っていないのか、何かのライブラリを入れなければいけないのでしょうか。
どこの何を確認すればいいか教えて下さい。

ひとまず
conda install -c brown-data-science slurm
でインストールできたようなので進めてみます。
