users_password_edit_path(@user) で試してみたところ、下記のようなエラーメッセージが出ました。
Unknown action
Could not find devise mapping for path "/users/password/edit.1". This may happen for two reasons: 1) You forgot to wrap your route inside the scope block. For example: devise_scope :user do get "/some/route" => "some_devise_controller" end 2) You are testing a Devise controller bypassing the router. If so, you can explicitly tell Devise which mapping to use: @request.env["devise.mapping"] = Devise.mappings[:user]
また、rails routes で二重定義されていたため、routes.rbを整理し、投稿内容を更新しました。

edit_user_password_pathのみで実行したところ、ユーザーページ(show)ページにリダイレクトされました。下記がログになります。
