前提・実現したいこと
GCP(Google Cloud Platform)のAutoML Tablesで作成したモデルをDocker上で起動させ、Dockerコンテナに対してリクエストを発行することで応答を得ようとしています。

以下のコマンドにて起動しようとしています。
sudo docker run -v /mnt/ShareDir/GCP/Models/:/models/Qickstart_Model -p 8080:8080 -it gcr.io/cloud-automl-tables-public/model_server
※Qickstart_Model が試しに作成したGCP AutoML Tablesのモデルです
※/mnt/***はモデルを格納したフォルダです。/mnt/ShareDir/GCP/Models/1 以下にassetなど、モデルの実態を格納しています。
しかし下記に示すエラーメッセージが表示され、起動することができません。
発生している問題・エラーメッセージ

試したこと
原因の切り分けのためにモデルのマウントを以下のとおりやめてみましたが動作は変わりませんでした。
sudo docker run -p 8501:8501 -it gcr.io/cloud-automl-tables-public/model_server
なお、エラーメッセージ中に表示されているPythonは古いバージョンですが、コンテナイメージ自体は上記参考サイト記載のコマンドを利用し取得したばかりです。
補足情報(FW/ツールのバージョンなど)
環境は以下の通りです。
・Ubuntu 20.04をWindows10のHyper-V上で実行
