例）
putは出来るが、rmは出来ないなど

sftp-server のマニュアルによると、-P オプションでブラックリスト、-p オプションでホワイトリストを指定できるようです。
リストに指定すべきリクエスト一覧は -Q requests でわかります。
sftp クライアント側のコマンド名とは一致していないのですが、わかると思います。
