docker環境でのrspecにてSelenium::WebDriver::Error::WebDriverError:

前提・実現したいこと

docker環境にてrspecを実行したところ
Selenium::WebDriver::Error::WebDriverError:
Unable to find chromedriver. Please download the server from
https://chromedriver.storage.googleapis.com/index.html and place it somewhere on your PATH.
More info at https://github.com/SeleniumHQ/selenium/wiki/ChromeDriver.
のエラーを吐かれる。

cromedriverがないとのことで下記記事を参考にしたが、変化なし
