Dockerの起動方法について。

Dockerをダウンロードし、起動したのですが、タブも表示されずターミナルで以下を試しましたが、エラーが起きてしまったのですが、環境構築から使用までどのようにしていけば、よろしいでしょうか。

エラー内容。

~ % docker run hellow-world
Unable to find image 'hellow-world:latest' locally

docker run hellow-world

↓

docker run hello-world
