sudo systemctl start httpd.serviceでエラーが出る。

前提・実現したいこと

EC2インスタンス上でApacheの起動を行いたいのですが下記のエラーが出ます。
AWSへのデプロイは　https://qiita.com/naoki_mochizuki/items/814e0979217b1a25aa3e の記事を参考にしました。
