Cyberduckで新規接続が出来ない。

Question

Cyberduckで新規接続がどうしても出来ません。

『クラッシュレポートを送信しますか？

アプリケーションCyberduckはクラッシュしました。今後の改良を手助けするためにら開発元にクラッシュ時のログを送信することができます。』

という画面が出てきて出来ないのです。

198.168.33.10のipアドレスを有効にしているし、仮想マシンもちゃんと立ち上がっています。　
調べて色々な手段を試しましたが、駄目でした。心が折れそうです。解決するためにはどうすればいいでしょうか？

vagrant立ち上げや、cyberduckの接続は何か参考にされたものがあるのでしょうか。
なければ、手順を書いた方が回答がつきやすくなりますよ。
また、vagrantfileの設定なども載せておいた方がよいと思います。

1) 198.168.33.10であってますか？(一般的には192.168.x.xを使います)
2) Cyberduckで接続するときのプロトコルは何ですか？(サーバ側でそのプロトコルサービスが起動しているのか？firewallでポートがあいているのか？)

下記がvagrantfileの設定です。接続の参考に使ったのはドットインストールです。

firewallでポートが空いている、というのはどう操作すればわかるのでしょうか？　調べてもわからなくて…。私自身の理解が浅く申し訳ありません。どうかよろしくお願いいたします。

vagrantfileの記載が192.なんですが。。。

よくわからないという事でしたら、実行したコマンドならそのままコピペ、GUIなら試行したパラメータ入力済みの画面キャプチャを提示してもらえるといいです

駄目元でCyberbuckの使用をやめて、FileZillaを使ってみたところ、すんなり接続できました！
