rails sが実行できない...

macOS 10.15.5

前提・実現したいこと

　実現したい内容は$ rails sを実行してもサーバーの起動がうまくいかないためそのエラーの解消をしたいです。

発生している問題・エラーメッセージ

サーバーを起動しようと$ rails sを実行すると下記のような長いメッセージが表示されます。

これらのエラー内容について調べると下記のサイトからGitのpathが通っていないことがわかりました。
[Ruby on Rails] serverが起動せず"Usage: rails new APP_PATH [options]..."となってしまう場合の解決法

試したこと

Gitはインストールされています。

$ git --version
git version 2.26.2

$ which git
/usr/local/bin/git

$ /usr/local/bin/git --version
git version 2.26.2

$ vi ~/.bash_profile

.bash_profile に下記を追加

export PATH=/usr/local/bin:$PATH

$ source ~/.bash_profile 

$ git --version

上記の内容を試して無事にpath通したと思い。もう一度$rails sを実行したところまたしても同じメッセージが表示されてしまいました...

もし問題が解消して無事に$rails sが実行できる方法をご教授して頂けないでしょうか？

#以下追記内容

$ vi ~/.zprofile

でファイルを開きexport PATH=/usr/local/bin:$PATHを追記しました。
その後もう一度サーバーの起動を行いましたがだめでした...
ちなみにこのようなコマンドの結果もでています。

$ echo $SHELL
/bin/bash

でもMacの端末上ではデフォルトがzshになっていました...すごくこんがらがってしまいわからない状態です...

.bash_profile に下記を追加

macOS 10.15.5 (Catalina) でしたら
デフォルトシェルはbashではなくzshのはずです。

環境変数$SHELLで確認してください。

% echo $SHELL
/bin/zsh

デフォルトシェルがzshでしたら、環境変数は.bash_profileではなく
.zprofile
に記入してください。
