【Rails】bundle install mysql2でエラー発生

railsの環境構築でbundle installをできなくて困っています。

mysql2のところで、止まってしまい、以下のエラ〜メッセージが出ます。

Gem::Ext::BuildError: ERROR: Failed to build gem native extension.

In Gemfile:
  mysql2

エラー文にもある通り、gem install mysql2 -v '0.5.3' --source 'https://rubygems.org/'を試しましたが下記のエラーが出ました。
