Rspecでのエラーについて

問題について・エラー内容

Rspecを流すと、preset_dateのとこだけエラーになる。
他の箇所では落ちないのに、なんでここだけ落ちるのか。
一応、エラー内容貼っときます。

from: "preset_date"を入れないと使えないということでした！
