FTPサーバ - ファイル転送ができない件です

前提・実現したいこと

FTPサーバを経由して、自身のパソコンに保存されているディレクトリとファイルをVPSサーバに転送する設定を行なってます
が、ディレクトリは転送されて、ファイルが転送されません

ご教授のほど、よろしくお願いします

発生している問題

ディレクトリは転送されるけど、〇〇.txtや〇〇.pngなどのファイルが転送できません
