Pythonで作成したDiscordのBOTをterminalで起動できない。

前提・実現したいこと

DiscordのBOTを作成し、動作させたい。

terminalで「Python3 Disco.py」と実行したところ、以下のエラーが出ました。
ものすごく多いです。

discord.pyを再インストールしましたが、変わりませんでした。

windowsですが先日同じ様なエラーに遭遇しました
SSL証明書の期限切れらしいです。
