rails、投稿のupdateができない、更新できない

Question

前提・実現したいこと

投稿カラムのtitle,bodyの編集、updateができません。
エラーがなくどこが悪いのか特定できず詰まっています。
コントローラーのupdateメソッドが毎回falseでrender :editを実行しているためだと考えましたがupdateがfalseになってしまう原因がわかりません。

発生している問題・エラーメッセージ

updateできない
book_cotrollerのupdateアクション内のupdateメソッドがfalse

動作確認はローカル環境で行なっているのでしょうか？
ローカルであれば、ターミナル上にアプリの挙動ログが溜まっていると思うので、createした際のターミナルのログを確認してみてはいかがでしょうか？（ローカルで無いようであればすみません・・）
ログが何かしら出ていればこちらにも追記いただければと思います。

edit.html.erbで

<form>
  <%= render 'form',{ book: @book }%>
</form>

となっており、formタグが２重になっているのが問題でした。
formタグを消すとうまくいきました。
検討して頂いた方々ありがとうございました。
