Heroku：pythonのバージョンの不整合によりデプロイできない

実現したいこと

Herokuへのデプロイ：pythonのバージョンが正しく認識されない。

発生している問題・エラーメッセージ

herokuに対応しているバージョンのpythonをインストールしたものの、以前のバージョンが認識されている。

原因

試したこと

・（https://devcenter.heroku.com/articles/python-support#supported-runtimes）を参照して、
対応しているバージョンのpythonをpyenv経由でインストール
・バージョンの確認

$ python --version
Python 3.8.2

・その上でruntime.txtの書き換え

ディレクトリ構造

・Aまで移動、A以下の構造は以下の通り
A/

├ Procfile/
├ Requirements.txt/
├ Runtime.txt/
