rails new で正常生成されない

Question

rails new AppName を実行して新しいアプリを作成したときにmigrateフォルダーなどが生成されません。
ターミナルにもいつもと違う文言が表示されてしまいます。
詳しい方おしえていただけると幸いです
OSはWindows10です

後ろにこのようにデータベースを指定すると出来ると思われます。
