Herokuでrails db:migrateができない。

railsのアプリをherokuでデプロイしようとしています。
$git push heroku master
は通るのですが、$ heroku run rails db:migrateが以下のエラーが出続けて通りません。
どなたか原因が想定し得る方がいらっしゃれば、アドバイスいただけないでしょうか。

環境
ClearDBアドオンを利用しmysqlに接続

gemlockを削除して再度bundle installしてみたり、database.ymlを編集してみたりもしているのですが、
一向に改善しません。

自己解決

こちら自己解決しました。
一度以下の記事を参考にPostgreSQLの前提でgemやdbymlを記載してしまっており、
https://qiita.com/kazukimatsumoto/items/a0daa7281a3948701c39
それをprobブランチで修正してpushしていたつもりだったのですが、git push heroku masterでプッシュしてしまっており、修正ができていないままmigrateしておりました。。
