PM2を使ったMeteorの起動 [@babel/runtime npm package could not be found]

現在、Dockerコンテナを使用して本番環境を構築しています。

PM2を使用してMeteorを実行すると、エラーが表示されて起動しません。（node_module @babel / runtimeが見つかりませんでしたと表示されます）。
