AWSの開発環境構築時、amplify configureでエラーとなる

現在,AWSをmBaaSとして実装したく、開発環境を整えています。

上記公式ページの手順に沿って実施し、AWSとXcodeの連携を計っています。

Step1,2はうまくいったのですが、step3でエラーとなり困っています。
具体的にはStep3のaの「amplify configure」で以下のエラーとなります。
