RailsアプリをEC2へデプロイ。 ActionView::Template::Error (Webpacker can't find application in...)

Question

前提・実現したいこと

RailsアプリをAWS(EC2)へデプロイするための
設定中です。（herokuへはデプロイ済み。）

こちらの記事を参考にDBの設定まで進めましたが、パブリックIDでアクセスすると"We're sorry, but something went wrong."の画面になります。logを見ると以下のエラーメッセージが出ています。unicorn,nginxは起動しています。

webpackerとboostrap,javascriptのリンク周辺、トップページが開かないのでviewに問題がありそうだとということは予想できるのですが調べてもそれらしい解決策を見つけることができずにいます。

同様のエラーに遭遇して解決した経験のある方、心当たりのある方いらっしゃいますでしょうか。

処理は走りましたがエラー文は解消されませんでした。
