macでRailsのインストールと起動をしたいです。

初めてrubyとrails1をインストールし、rails server の起動を試みましたが、
[WARNING] Could not load command "rails/commands/server/server_command". Error: uninitialized constant URI::Generic.

mac使用

目的はRailsの環境構築がしたいです。
よろしくお願いします。
