「rails new app名」を打つと、 bundler : failed to load command: spring　というエラーが出ます

質問させていただきます。rails new app名で入力すると、アプリは作成されるのですが

bundler: failed to load command: spring (/Users/matsudatakaaki/.rbenv/versions/2.5.3/bin/spring)
Gem::Exception: can't find executable spring for gem spring. spring is not currently included in the bundle, perhaps you meant to add it to your Gemfile?

というエラーが出てきます。
「springというgemがロード出来ない」というような内容だと思うのですが、エラーの解消方法が分かりません…
エラー文を無視して次に進めると動作確認は可能なのですが、どうにも気持ち悪くて質問させていただきました。心当たりのある方がおられましたら、ご教示いただけたら非常に助かります…

もしかしたら関係ないのかもしれませんが、newコマンドにオプションをつけて $ rails new app名 --skip-bundle 【参考】 bundle install時に--skip-bundleをつけるメリット https://teratail.com/questions/17323 にしても同じエラーが出ますか？私は普段このコマンドで実行しているので、参考まで。
