発生している問題
rails new app -d mysql
でアプリの作成を行おうとすると下記のエラーが発生する

mkdir ~/Library/LaunchAgents
ln -sfv /usr/local/opt/mysql@5.6/*.plist ~/Library/LaunchAgents
こちらの二つのコマンドを打つと、一応アプリ作成は行えるが、また別のアプリ作成時に同様のエラーが発生する。
##自身の考察
3週間ほどPHPの学習もしており、その際に何かしらのパスの編集をしてしまった？
その間にmysqlのアップデートがあったのかrailsを使っている友人にmysqlでのエラーが発生していた.

compileが必要なgemでcompileに失敗しています。エラーメッセージに次のような記述があります。
Gem files will remain installed in /Users/kousaka/.rbenv/versions/2.5.1/lib/ruby/gems/2.5.0/gems/mysql2-0.5.3 for
inspection.
Results logged to
/Users/kousaka/.rbenv/versions/2.5.1/lib/ruby/gems/2.5.0/extensions/x86_64-darwin-18/2.5.0/mysql2-0.5.3/gem_make.out
この gem_make.outになにが問題であったか、場合によっては解決のためのhintが書かれているので、それに従って処理してみてください。

初歩的な質問で大変申し訳ないのですが、gem_make.outの中身をみる方法をご教授願いたいです。
gem_make.outまでは移動できているのですが、 そこからはどうすればよろしいでしょうか
OSによってさまざま。
拡張子は out ですが中身はplainなtextファイルですので、普段使いのeditorで読めます。私は less を使いますが、Windowsだとないだろうと。
ありがとうございます、gem_make.out内の追記をさせていただいたのですが、ご検討つきますでしょうか？
現状自身では解決に至っておりません、ご教授願えると幸いです
ld: library not found for -lssl
これで失敗しています。
お使いのOSでの libssl のinstall方法を調べてinstallしてください
