brew install imagemagick をした途端scss,jsが効かなくなった

回答者の方に送っていただいたコードを実行することでbrew install imagemagickは成功したのですが、js,cssが効かなくなってしまいました

cssのレイアウトが崩れた状態が続いていてassetsのアクセスで５００エラーが出ていてレイアウトが崩れている状態が続いてる状態です
