WSL（Linux）のpostgresqlフォルダ配下のファイルが削除できない。

前提・実現したいこと

WSL上でPostgresをインストールしております。
GUI上でファイル操作してしまったせいかは分かりませんが
rootfs\etc\postgresql\11\main直下のファイルを削除したいのですが
権限等の問題でCUI,GUIどちららからも削除できなくなりました。

初歩的な質問で申し訳ないですがよろしく願いいたします。

発生している問題・エラーメッセージ

●現在のフォルダ、ファイルの状態
hogeOS@PC:~$ cd /etc/postgresql/11/main　（/etc/postgresql/11/mainに移動）
hogeOS@PC:/etc/postgresql/11/main$ ls -l　(lsコマンド)

---------- 1 postgres postgres 24032 May 17 13:31 postgresql.conf
-rw-r--r-- 1 postgres postgres 317 Apr 28 00:07 start.conf

↓下記ファイルの削除、リネームができなくなっている。

Linuxは触ったことがなく

WSLは触ったこと無いのですが・・・あなた自身の権限はどうなっています？ suなどでスーパユーザになれますか？
