ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED

Question

CentOS7
squidでchromeにアクセスするとchrome側で「このサイトにアクセスできません」ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILEDと表示されます。
この問題を解決したいです。
初心者なので諸々詳しくわかっていません。
どなたかご教示お願いします。

したいことがあんまり分からないですが、「自宅PCからCentOS7にたてたSquidプロキシを経由してインターネットアクセスしたい」という前提で確認項目を挙げます。
また手元で確認をしたわけではないため、参考程度でお願いします。

1. そもそもポートが開いているか確認する

本設定の場合、TCPの8080ポートに対して接続できる必要があります。
CentOS7の場合はfirewalldのため、firewall-cmd --add-port=8080/tcpを管理者権限で実行する必要があります。
確認にはfirewall-cmd --list-all --zone=publicを管理者権限で実行します。
VPS/クラウドインフラ業者によってはSecurityGroupと呼ばれる別のfirewall機能がある場合があります。その場合は設定画面から8080/tcpを開ける必要があります。
2. acl localnet src 27.133.92.8/32が自宅PCの利用しているグローバルIPであることを確認する
一般のブロードバンド回線ではIPがころころ変わる場合があります。
もしその場合はaclで変わった後のIPを記載する必要があります。
ただ、この場合だとsquidのエラー画面が出るはずのため、今回の問題とは直接関係ないようにも思います。
3. acl SSL_ports port 8080を443に戻す
おそらくこれは元はacl SSL_ports port 443だったと思います。
これは「このProxyを経由してSSL通信してもいいポートは443ですよ」という設定です。
この場合だと「このProxyを経由してSSL通信してもいいポートは8080だけですよ」という設定になっていますので、HTTPSのサイトにはおそらくsquidのエラー画面が出ると思います。
もし外部サーバーで8080にSSLでつなぐ必要がある場合は、以下のように追記することで解決できます。
