systemctl start httpd.serviceを実行すると上手く行きません。

CentOS7の端末で

httpd.service(Apache)
1#systemctl start httpd.service

を実行すると上手く行きません。
「job for httpd.dervice failed. See 'systemctl status httpd.service' and 'journalctl -xn' for details」というエラーメッセージが出ます。最初の頃のように　

httpd.service(Apache)
1#systemctl start httpd.service

をCentOS7インストール時のように、実行するにはどうすればよいでしょうか。

#systemctl enabled httpd.service

はエラーなしに実行できました。

また、

httpd.service(Apache)
1#systemctl restart httpd.service

を実行すると「Job for httpd.service failed. See 'systemctl status httpd.service and' 'journalctl -xn' for datails.」というエラーメッセージが出ます。最初のころのように、実行できるようになるにはそうすればいいでしょうか？

/var/log/messagesや/var/log/httpd以下にあるログに原因が書いてあると思います。

systemctl enabled httpd.serviceは立ち上げの際にhttpdを起動するというコマンドです。
実際にhttpdが実行できたかどうかとは関係ありません。

エラー文をしっかり読んでください。
systemctl status httpd.service
を打ち込んでみましたか？
そこにエラーログが現れているはずなんですが、どのようなことが書かれていますか？

設定はいじりましたか？

「chown apache:apache /var/www/cgi-bin」「chown apache:apache /var/www/cgi-bin/60a11.cgi」としたことはありますがそれ以外はいじっていません。
