FacebookのSDK for Javascriptでメールが取得できない

FacebookのSDK for Javascript version 2.4を利用して
サイトの連携ログインさせたいのですが、
取得できるパラメータ値であるIDとネームは取れてますが、
メールが取得できなくて困っています。

※ちなみにログイン認証を試した、テスト用Facebookアカウントは
メールは設定しており、参考にさせて頂いているサイトでは
Facebook認証でメール取得できているアカウントと
同じもので試しているので、emailは空にはなっておりません。

何か以下のコードで足りない箇所や、必要なFacebookへの申請などあったら
ご教示いただけるとものすごくありがたいです。
