Redmine backlogs バックログが設定されていませんが消えない

下記の警告が消えない、更新はされています。どうしたらいいですか？

バックログが設定されていません。設定画面管理 > プラグイン, からリンク設定をクリックして設定してください。フィールドを設定後、このページへ戻りツールを利用してください。

環境：
AWS Centos(CentOS Linux release 7.4.1708 (Core))
Redmine version 3.4.3.stable.17022
ブランチ: Redmine3(git checkout -b redmine3 origin/feature/redmine3)
DB:adapter: postgresql

インストール中に下記のエラーは出ていました：

[root@ip-xxxxxxxx plugins]# bundle exec rake redmine:backlogs:install RAILS_ENV=production

ちなみに、DBは postgresql　を使っています
