### 前提・実現したいこと

現在、tensorflow版cycleganで声質変換を行うAIを作成しているのですが、データの入力で以下のエラーが出て詰まっています。入力データは二次元のnumpy配列です。

### 試したこと
def load_train_data内で、img_AB=np.flatten()など行ったのですが何も効果がありませんでした。

numpy 1.17.3
tensorflow-gpu 1.8.0
ここにより詳細な情報を記載してください。

データの入力で以下のエラーが出て詰まっています

developmentメール送信でエラーが出てしまいます。

調べた感じではproductionにもsmtpの設定をかかないとこうなるという話でしたが、そもそもdevelopmentです。考えられる原因としては rails6 foreman　で開発しているのですが、一回ログなどが見たくて、rails s　で立ち上げてからこのようになったので、プロセスの問題とかかも知れません。このあとだと思うのですがrails db:reset などをすると、PG::ObjectInUse: ERROR:  database "sample_app_development" is being accessed by other users
DETAIL:  There is 1 other session using the database. rails abort!
などのエラーも出たりしました。ですが今はそのエラーは勝手に治っていました。どこか見直すべきところはありますでしょうか？お教えください。

### 試したこと

yarn run lint --fix等のツールでエラー解析したが、原因を見つけることができませんでした。

Nuxt.jsビギナーズガイドで発生した、Cannot read property 'id' of nullエラーについて

**つい先日までruby および　ruby on rails で学習していたのですが、OSをアップデートしたところおかしくなってしまいました。

$ rails server ・・・とターミナルに打ち込んでみたところ、***
__zsh: /usr/local/bin/rails: bad interpreter: /System/Library/Frameworks/Ruby.framework/Versions/2.3/usr/bin/ruby: no such file or directory
Rails is not currently installed on this system. To get the latest version, simply type:

    $ sudo gem install rails

・・・と来たので、素直に、sudo gem install railsと打ち込んだところ・・・

・・・が出てきてしまいます。

僕のRailsはどこに行ってしまったのでしょうか？
どなたか復旧方法をご教示いただけますと幸いです。

インストールしたはずのRailsが・・・

google-apiよりyoutubeから動画を取得し表示させるアプリケーションを作成しました、
ローカルでは取得し表示させる事ができるのですが、herokuやawsにデプロイすると取得できなくなります。
これって一体何が原因なのでしょうか？
本番環境だと何か必要な設定があったりするのでしょうか？
経験者の方何か思いつくような方法があればご教授願います。

google apiについて

WordPressの記事内、又はテーマの入力欄にてGoogle Mapの埋め込みをしようとしています。

APIも試してみましたが、**できればiframeで実装したいと考えております。**

Google Mapが全く表示されず、非表示となってしまいます。


記事内に入力してみても、ディベロッパーツールで見るとiframeタグすら消えております。

下記、いずれの方法もダメでした…。
-cssで{display:block !important}を指定
- Google APIを取得し、先程のテーマの入力欄に住所を入力

- プラグインをすべて停止

- Map用のプラグイン「simple map」を導入し[map=~]のようなコードで入力

- テーマのfunctions.phpに以下を追加し、権限者の許可

WordPressの記事内にて、iframeを使ってGoogle Mapを表示させたいが、非表示になってしまう

このサイトに倣って現在、ブラウザ上で動作するTensorFlow.jsを使ったじゃんけんゲームを作っています。






サイトの7-1節のWebカメラのストリーミングのサンプルコードを参照しながら書いていますが、HTMLファイルを直接ブラウザで開いてもストリーミングが開始されません。

サンプルコード内のHTMLとpredict.jsファイルを丸写ししたものを
デスクトップに入れていても動きません。






何が足りておらずストリーミングが開始されないのかを教えていただきたいです。

### 補足情報（FW/ツールのバージョンなど）

他で似たようなエラーが出てる方もいらっしゃったのですが、その方はrubyのバージョン2.6.0を使ってて起きたみたいで、私が今回使っているのはバージョン2.5.0です。
ruby -v
ruby 2.5.0p0 (2017-12-25 revision 61468) [x86_64-darwin16]

gemfileにもrubyは2.5.0と書いてあります。
railsは6.0.0です。

急にrailsのサーバーが使えなくなった。

CentOS7へphp7.3を導入する為、```yum install epel-release```コマンドを入力したのですが、
> fish: Unknown command yum

と表示されてしまいました。
yumコマンドを使用するにはどうすれば良いでしょうか？

MacのHomebrewでインストールしたMysqlと、MAMPで管理しているMysqlは違うもの（違う場所で保存・管理）なのでしょうか？

### 前提・実現したいこと

VScode上でPython,OpenCV,NumPyを使って入力画像RGBをHSVに変換し、色相hを操作して色を変え出力画像RGBに戻しフォルダに書き込むプログラムを作成中です。
H(色相)を変えるコードはまだありません(プログラム中のHを変えるだけと思っています)。

下記コードでは、読み込んだ画像と出力した画像が同じであれば成功だと考えています。

### 試したこと

rgb値の代入方法(dst[x, y, [0, 1, 2]] = b, g, r)が間違っているのではないかと思い、opencv配列なのかnumpy配列なのかを調べてみて、flortが違う！みたいなエラーが出たので入力画像はcv2を使ってそのrgb値、hwc値を使って計算し、格納するときはpillowとbase64でcv2と同じ画像を読み込み（格納場所は別にしました）、pillow＆ase64 のrgb値にcv2で読み込み計算したrgb値を格納するなど、、、。いろいろあの手この手で試してみたものの解決には至りませんでした。

### 補足情報（投稿者の実力）
c,html,css,javascliptを大学で、python,java,rubyを独学でかじった程度の実力です。単純なコードのミスはさんざん調べたので無いと思いますが、どうかよろしくおねがいします。

pythonを使用した色空間変換プログラム

ipythonを使いたいのですが、
Anaconda　Pwoershell pronpt を開き、＞ipithon
と入力すると、>>> ipython
