WSL2上のLaTeX分割コンパイルのエラーについて

WSL2上のLaTeXでsubfilesパッケージを使って分割コンパイルした際，全体をコンパイルするのは可能なのですが分割した1ファイルをコンパイルすると，分割ファイルのpdfが1ページを超えると
Arithmetic overflow.<recently read> __int_eval_end:
とエラーが出てコンパイルできません．1ページに収まる分割ファイルのコンパイルは可能で，全体コンパイルで1ページを超えた場合でもコンパイルを確認できています．
また通常のwindows環境では全体・分割コンパイル共に確認できました．
この症状を解決する方法をお教えいただきたいです．

WS2上のTeXLiveは2022で，subfilesパッケージはインストールしているのを確認済みです．TeXファイルの内容はテキストのみの場合でも同じ症状がでたので，画像絡みのミスではないと考えています．
