FFmpegでのcudaを利用した変換のトラブル

前提・実現したいこと

「デバイスがない」というようなエラーのようですが、ドライバーなどはインストールしておりまして、悩んでおります。
お知恵をお借りできればと思います。

現在使用しています環境は、「windows10_64bit」でして、gpuは「gefors980ti」でドライバは現在の最新のものを使用しています。
