ワードプレス用のテーマを反映させたい

前提・実現したいこと

ネットから無料で配布されているワードプレス用のテーマをダウンロードしてきてMAMP内で反映させたいと思っています

themes内にフォルダを入れて
クロームでチェックすると
以下のエラーメッセージが発生しました。
見た目で言うと
jsや画像が読み込まれていない状態です。
