Docker desktop for windowsを正常に起動したい。
解決策について情報をお持ちでしたらご教示いただければ幸いです。

試したこと

「Unable to create an instance of Docker.App」で検索した結果から
・docker desktop・wsl2の再インストール、hyper-vの無効→有効
・以下のディレクトリ削除

　　C:\Users[USER]\AppData\Local\Docker
　　C:\Users[USER]\AppData\Roaming\Docker

を試しましたが結果は同じでした。

補足情報（FW/ツールのバージョンなど）

Docker desktop for windows 3.5.2
Windows10 Pro 1904

すみません、自己解決しました。
以前visual studioインストールのため、machine.configにproxy設定を追記したのが悪さをしていました。ものとバージョンに戻した後に起動するようになりました。
