App storeに申請したら、Guideline 1.2 - Safety - User Generated Contentとなり、リジェクトされました

トーク機能で画像やテキストを送信できる掲示板を作りましたが、以下の理由で却下されました。

実際に行えばいいこととして、
EULAえの合意(利用規約などを設ける)
深いなコンテンツのフィルタリング
ユーザーが不快な投稿を報告できる機能(ブロック、通報など)
を行えばいいと思います。
