VSCodeからssh接続ができない。

発生している問題・エラーメッセージ

VScodeからローカルのCentOS7に何度試してもRemote SSHできません。
teratarmからは接続できることが確認できております。
他のHPなどで調査しましたが、原因がわかりません。
VSコードのターミナルログから何かおわかりになるでしょうか。
