Postfix : gmail を経由せずにメールを送信

実現したいこと

今 raspberry pi でメールサーバーを構築しているんですけれど、外部にメールを送ること自体はできました。
ですが、smtp.gmail.com 経由ですので、自分のgmailアカウント example@gmail.com での送信になってしまいます。
どうしたら経由せずに自分のサーバーから送れるようになるのでしょうか。
