ruby on rails http://localhost:3000/開かない（ ArgumentError）解決方法

http://localhost:3000/にアクセスできるようにしたいです。

wrong number of arguments (given 2, expected 0)

wrongは「間違っている」という意味の形容詞です。
argumentsは引数という意味の名詞で複数形です。
givenは「与える」という意味のgiveという動詞の過去分詞です。
expectedは「期待する」という意味のexpectという動詞の過去分詞です。
numberは「数字」という意味の名詞です。

つまり、このエラーメッセージは
「引数の数が間違っているよ（2個与えられているよ、期待している数は0個だよ）」
となります。

なので、SQLite3::Database.newというメソッドに引数を渡してはいけないという事だと思います。
多分、渡している引数を削除すればこのエラーは出なくなると思います。
