Q&A前提・実現したいこと
他の人に自分がgithubにあげたリモートリポジトリをgit cloneで見てほしいのですが、相手側がbundle installを行った際にエラーが出るとのことなのですが、どのように解決すればよろしいでしょうか。

自己解決
postgresqlが入っていなかったので入れたら成功しました
sudo yum install -y postgresql-devel
