Cloud9にてRailsのビューファイルが作成されない

前提・実現したいこと

Cloud9でプロゲートのRailsコースにあるtweetアプリを実装しようとしたのですが、rails generate controller home topを実行した後、viewsの次の階層にhomeディレクトリィが作成されません。
