本番環境にデプロイしたい。

Herokuにデプロイを考えております。
最初はデプロイできましたが、再度追加実装を行った後、デプロイができなくなりました。
発生している問題・エラーメッセージ

application.rb(config/)に
config.assets.initialize_on_precompile = false と記入するが別のエラー画面が出てきます。
補足情報(FW/ツールのバージョンなど)
以前AWSのEC2にデプロイしたのが原因なのでしょうか。
