cloud9でgem 'pry-byebug'をインストールできない。

$ bundle install

を行うと

このサイトを参考にbundle updateしようとしたのですが

ec2-user:~/environment/scrape $ bundle update

このようにエラーが出てしまいました。
どうしたら良いでしょうか？

結局gem 'pry-byebug'をbundle installでインストールすることができなかったので

$ gem install pry-byebug

でインストールしました。

gem 'pry-byebug', '~> 3.9.0'
gem 'pry-debug'のあとにカンマが抜けてるように見えます。
